- Balloons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, inflated, personalised, collected, or delivered.

Balloon & Helium Disclaimer:
Helium balloon buoyancy and float time may be affected by weather, temperature, humidity, air pressure, handling, and storage conditions. Once balloons are collected or delivered, partywhere? is not responsible for deflation, popping, damage, or loss of buoyancy caused by these factors.
